What is SupplyClub’s Return Policy?
SupplyClub understands that customers may want to return goods after shipment. Possible reasons for returns could be the following:
- Wrong product picked and delivered
- Different product ordered by accident
- Different quantity ordered by accident
Substitutes
In the event that an item you ordered is out of stock, SupplyClub may, at our discretion, substitute it with a similar or equivalent item at no additional cost to you. If you are not satisfied with the substitute item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order to request a return in accordance with our return policy. All substitute items are subject to the same return policy and eligibility requirements as the original item ordered.
Return Eligibility
Most products are eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:
- Return is requested within 72 hours of the time of delivery.
- Product has not been opened (We cannot accept opened return items due to the food contact nature of our products).
- Images of the return product are provided via a Support Center ticket or email at info@mysupplyclub.com.
- Accompanying invoice or order confirmation providing proof of purchase.
Return Process
- Once the return is accepted, SupplyClub will send a prepaid shipping label by email to the customer email on file.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to take products to drop off destination within 72 hours of the shipping label being sent. If the products are not returned within the window, a late return fee of $10 per case of product may be charged.
- Once products are returned to the SupplyClub warehouse destination, a store credit will be applied in the amount of the returned products to the customer account. Customers may use this store credit on any future purchases with SupplyClub.
- Credit will be applied automatically on the next order.
Restocking Fee + Return Shipping Costs
Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The 25% will be calculated by the total of the returned goods, not the entire order. In some cases, if the entire order is returned, then the stocking fee will apply to all the items in the order. Unless order was mis-picked, does not meet substitute criteria, and/or arrived defected, customer is obligated to pay for return shipping and handling costs.
Exceptions
Some items are not returnable, and the following list includes those exceptions:
- Custom printed or custom molded products
- Factory direct / ocean freighted items (Enterprise only)
- Rope Handle Paper Bags
- Can Liners and Garbage Bags
