Our clay-coated hamburger clamshells are compostable and can be used for hamburgers, veggie burgers, or sandwich burgers. The clay coating offers a grease-resistant barrier that contains moisture and oil, eliminating the need for a liner. Though these compostable clamshells are soak-proof, hot items will cause the plates to “perspire” and some condensation will form at the bottom.
